We really appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of most of the staff members, particularly Debbie at the front desk and Evone in the dining area, as well as Kiwi Ben the bartender. We would definitely stay here again! :)

Liked: We very much appreciated that the hotel staff moved us to a quieter room and when we alerted them to the fact that our air conditioner did not work throughout the night, they had someone there right away.
Disliked: Noise from other vacationers and the smell of smoke in the hallway. Our room also got very hot during the night with no air conditioning.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. Good location for sure and beautiful views.
Disliked: The cleanliness was not good. The first room I entered reeked of cigarette smell, and was obvious dirty, had not been cleaned. For it to be a no smoking hotel, the halls reeked of marijuana. The second room we entered, appeared to have been cleaned. Just not a good clean. The floor could’ve been vacuumed better the tub could’ve been cleaned. Better I’m sure.

Liked: Door right out to beach ,nice balcony view, clean quiet
Disliked: no re-entry had to go all the way back around to front , tight parking and no breakfast.

Disliked: The room wasn't clean. Tissue box empty, hair in the bathroom, had someone else's wash cloth still hanging in the bathroom shower, had dirty blackish wash clothes.
