The staff were so friendly and actually smiled! I felt really safe and enjoyed my stay. It was close to the mall, casino, and downtown . Will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: There was a couple standing outside the building and looked intoxicated. But they didnt bother us.

Disliked: My vehicle was ran through while parked in the enclosed parking parkade. It would maybe be beneficial to explain to customers about the area and there are no sense of security footage throughout the parkade. Front desk had little to no reaction, must be a recurring thing. A security personal or someone on night shift doing a simple walk through would benefit.

Liked: the comfort of the bed.
Disliked: We could not take a shower as the side of the tub was too high. I am 5'5 and it came up past my knee. There was no grip bad for the bathtub floor. We felt like it was dangerous. The bathroom was very very small. We loved everything about the hotel, but will not be staying there for this reason. Also, I just received my credit card and I was charged 100.00 for the incidentals and we did not have any. There was no credit on my credit card. I have not had time to check into it

Liked: Nice hotel lots of restaurants around
Disliked: I think they only have one luggage cart to service the whole hotel. We got back from Christmas shopping and had a car full of stuff to unload and there were no carts. We waited about 45 mins for one and still nothing. Staff were very unhelpful I ended up stealing a freight cart out of the kitchen. Also they charged me 15$ for parking ontop of the already 170$ a night room seems a little greedy and excessive. Room was average but clean at least. You’d think for what they charge a night you could get a little better room or some kinda perks.

Liked: Great spot great staff and clean. However parking any size truck is not possible inside their parcade. Had to park outside on the city lot and had issues with transients. Staff definitely took care of it when brought to their attention but what happens when it's not noticed? Won't stay again because of the risk of vehicle vulnerability. Other than that great space
Disliked: Parking entrance is messed up and was unable to park. Has height restrictions but go take a look you have the vehicles coming in on a sharp incline ... rules out many vehicles placing them at risk for public overnight parking

Disappointing

Liked: The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The staff were very under trained and new and there was not enough to handle the busy weekend. They knew well in advance that there was a large group and we booked private facilities (the lounge) for our entertainment events. They were very unprepared and could not accommodate our group in the lounge - food and drink and service was absolutely awful.
