The staff were so friendly and actually smiled! I felt really safe and enjoyed my stay. It was close to the mall, casino, and downtown . Will definitely stay here again.

Liked: The price was within my budget and the staff were very helpful, the rooms were cleaned.
Disliked: There was a couple standing outside the building and looked intoxicated. But they didnt bother us.

Superb

Decent but expensive and not...

Liked: Nice hotel lots of restaurants around
Disliked: I think they only have one luggage cart to service the whole hotel. We got back from Christmas shopping and had a car full of stuff to unload and there were no carts. We waited about 45 mins for one and still nothing. Staff were very unhelpful I ended up stealing a freight cart out of the kitchen. Also they charged me 15$ for parking ontop of the already 170$ a night room seems a little greedy and excessive. Room was average but clean at least. You’d think for what they charge a night you could get a little better room or some kinda perks.

Very good

Liked: Great spot great staff and clean. However parking any size truck is not possible inside their parcade. Had to park outside on the city lot and had issues with transients. Staff definitely took care of it when brought to their attention but what happens when it's not noticed? Won't stay again because of the risk of vehicle vulnerability. Other than that great space
Disliked: Parking entrance is messed up and was unable to park. Has height restrictions but go take a look you have the vehicles coming in on a sharp incline ... rules out many vehicles placing them at risk for public overnight parking

Disappointing

Liked: The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The staff were very under trained and new and there was not enough to handle the busy weekend. They knew well in advance that there was a large group and we booked private facilities (the lounge) for our entertainment events. They were very unprepared and could not accommodate our group in the lounge - food and drink and service was absolutely awful.

Pleasant

Liked: The staff were friendly. It was a good location.
Disliked: Checkout is 11. The housekeeping knocked on my door at 093p and again at 1045. This is very disturbing when someone is trying to sleep in a little. They shouldn't be knocking unless they know someone has checked out. The room wasn't as clean as I thought it should be. A couple hairs on the bed and crumbs all over the sofa chair. Also the lounge was closed most of the time except for a private event which I do realize can't be helped for the most part.

Bad

Liked: Nice bed and room was decent.
Disliked: Check out. Ramada charged $100 deposit at check in and as of today 17 days later haven't gotten it back. Ramada days it's the banks reposibility to get the money released and it's not. So I have to now dispute a refund charge with the Credit card company. Greasy hotel.

Exceptional

Amazing place for solo travelers,...

Liked: It has eveything I needed: refrigerator, microwave, one washer and one dryer (you can buy soap at the front desk for one wash for $2), swimming pool was cold, but the hot tub was amazing! The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was always very kind, knowledable and helpful! Especial thanks to Terry (GM) and Josh! A short ride to the supermarket, walking distance timo the mall, restaurants, coffee shops and the Casino.
Disliked: All was great!
