The staff are helpful and courteous. The room had a very, very strong bad air freshener smell. If you are at all fragrance senitive you will be very unhappy - it was just too strong. There is also no screen on the door to keep the door open to get fresh air. Otherwise, the room is clean and it's a convenient place to stay.

Liked: The check in and check out was nice and easy. The staff was pleasant. I liked they were able to accomodate having our group together.
Disliked: The beds were small, our key card kept disconnecting from our room and we had to go down multiple times to get new ones. We even made sure the key was not near any magnets of any kind. Like your cell phone and it still disconnected.

Wasn’t a cheap place, looks...

Liked: The only good thing was the staff, and maybe the location.
Disliked: Seems like housekepping is not doing their job. I found a used bottle with water inside the closet. The maintance of the room is creepy, My daughter didn’t want to take a bath because she said it was dirty. Well, it wasn’t dirty but the rust might look like a dirty place. The ac is loud. The pillows old, and uncomfortable.
