My husband and I enjoyed a delicious evening meal at the restaurant. Our included breakfast was excellent. The employees were friendly and efficient throughout the hotel. We highly recommend this well located hotel.

Liked: Large, clean, comfortable rooms including some thoughtful extras.
Disliked: Surprising - no laundry bag in the closet.

Liked: The location. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was newly renovated
Disliked: The breakfast was absolutely not good , poor choice and low quality. The restaurant at the hotel was closed. The half of the hotel was under renovation. The things in the room weren’t changed daily, like cups for the coffee.

Disliked: Pictures and write-up said spa bath, not. Tiny tub. Couch sunken in, no desk, no extra chair. Couldn't get in room x 3. The key didn't work, We had no tv remote, and they said they would send someone with one. Waited, went to the front desk, and said they would send. Got back yo room at 11, still no remote. Won't be back

Liked: I loved the spacious room.
Disliked: Didn't like the fact that the renovations currently underway were not brought to my attention. I kept having to call to figure out how to get into the hotel and that I had to drag my suitcases up and down a flight of stairs as the elevator doesn't go on the same floor as the door to go in/out. Also didn't like that there are not enough garbage receptacles in the room.

Great location, spacious family rooms...

Liked: Great location. The hotel is going through renovations so there is some noise during the day but they give complementary breakfast to guests. The lady at the restaurant was very kind.
Disliked: The room was not available for early check in. Also, we requested extra bedding but it was not prepared in advance. But ladies at the reception helped to sort everything out.

Liked: I liked nothing i should have booked to the other hotel holiday inn.
Disliked: We got there and reception was in construction and then instead of taking $50 for deposit they took $220…. After we went to check the hot tub and it was broken. We got to our room and thats where i felt unsafe. It needs renovation and attention. Carpet is dirty , all the doors are scratched and we got to our room and the bath didnt drain the floor was ripped off tv was blinking remote was missing a battery furniture was scratched. I felt disgusted and was scared that a crack head or drug dealer was going to bust the door…. We heard door slamming all night and party next door screening. It was like a horror movie. I will never go there again. Never
