Great deal!

Liked: Very friendly staff. They checked me in 2 hours earlier no question asked. Room was very clean and a nice desk for working. Bathroom was renovated and spacious. Nearby there plenty of good Asian-cousine restaurants and many car rental options around.

Cheaper than a fancy hotel,...

Liked: It is a cheap option to stay close to the Anaheim Convention Center. The staff is very nice, and they even received a package for me. The bed is comfortable, and the furniture does it's job.
Disliked: The lobby was being renovated during my stay and they did not inform me in advance. The breakfast restaurant is very small, in busy mornings I had to wait 10-15 minutes to get a seat. There is a restaurant/club in the hotel which is very noisy. Some wall sockets were falling into the wall when I tried using them. The doors are slamming very easily, and you can hear all the other guests leaving their rooms.

Disliked: This property is in an unsafe area, we ended up not checking in and they would not cancel our reservation. We lost out on $147.00.

Great location in Korea town!...

Liked: Pool and hottub Customer service
Disliked: You had to request thirty minutes in advance for the hottub to be turned on. There is no sign on the gate or in the paperwork or even a conversation letting guests know the procedure for this. I went to complain that the hottub was broken and there was no notice and they let me know then that I needed to request for the hottub to be turned on.Also after putting clothes on the floor the clothes smelled bad like they don’t mop there floors between guests Other than that everything was perfect.

Good for the money but...

Liked: Worth for money but the complementary breakfast was not that great! It could have been little more clean as well.
Disliked: Rooms are smaller and room could have been little more clean. Complementary breakfast is just okay.

If the options around convention...

Liked: The room is redecorarted. That is the good part.
Disliked: Very old building. Carpets in the aisles very old. TV doesn’t work properly, remote broken. Ac old and doesn’t work properly. Refrigerator very old and too noisy, had it disconnected to get to sleep.

Liked: The breakfast was like most hotel breakfast. The coffee was too weak though. You need to serve good strong coffee! Of course there is a coffee maker in the room also. We did like the waffles a lot and hard boiled eggs. I was surprised by the eggs because right now the price of eggs is through the roof! Very good of them to include them!The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean!Because the hotel is near little Saigon the staff was Asian heritage, probably Vietnamese. There was a Vietnamese restaurant on the premises and a group was having a birthday party. The next group was having some type of wedding party. It was a little like visiting a foreign country especially in the restaurant! They has karaoke too! I grew up in Garden Grove many years ago so it was a big change culturally. It was both fun and interesting. I enjoyed my stay! Oh and it is just a few miles from Disneyland and in the other direction to Knott’s Berry Farm. It is also about 8 to Huntington Beach.
Disliked: The heat/ air conditioner kept coming on and going off every few minutes. It bothered me because I am a light sleeper but it didn’t bother my husband. We actually turned it off and it was fine because the weather in Garden Grove is pretty temperate.
