Liked: The mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

Great value for money

Liked: This was a great stopping off point before a day in Oxford. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The price, including breakfast and overnight parking was very good value. If you wanted a cooked breakfast there was a lot on offer.
Disliked: The saccharine sweet drinks at breakfast were nowhere near apple or orange juice and I doubt if they would pass as squash.Also you would have needed arms like an orangutang to reach the soap container from the bath =- not everyone likes showers. These are quibbles because overall we were very satisfied.

Scam

Disliked: Charged for parking despite sending multiple emails stating that parking is included in the price paid. This makes me think the staff are pocketing the extra £5 per night parking charges and conning customers. It makes every other aspect go down hill

Value for money stay just...

Liked: Quiet room and location, easy check in and polite receptionist.
Disliked: Staircase area was scruffy, mattresses were not comfortable, tiny shelf in bathroom, curtains difficult to get to open.
