Liked: - It located in service area so there are few restuarant available there
Disliked: - Carpet in hallway is dirty- Dirty room which is below standard- No cleaning service during stay- Reality is differnt from ads

Liked: Unfortunately I did not like the room at all, very disappointed indeed.
Disliked: In all the room / rooms need a refit to bring them up to date and a complete new cleaning programme put in.I had stained mattress, carpet was dirty, bathroom and toilet where grubby, dirty, rusty.

Convenient and cheap

Liked: Good breakfast and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Beds were unstable and moved easily, including the double bed and its bedding.The bath was not well cleaned

Liked: The price was a lot cheaper than most hotels in the area. The room and facilities were all I needed and I was warm and comfortable.
Disliked: Like other ‘chains’ they no longer service the rooms. They seem to have abandoned it since Covid and this clearly saves money.

Disliked: The room was not properly cleaned, found vape liquid in the room

Liked: Convenient. Staff were attentive and charmingly polite, especially the new trainee. Food was bland but adequate
Disliked: Overheated and when I opened the window the noisy machinery meant I couldn’t sleep
