Liked: Staff very pleasant,and helpful. Breakfast was good but no bacon or sausage for breakfast.
Disliked: Bed was a bit on the soft side.

Liked: Old bar of soap on the shower curtain rail. bagels and muffins were stale. Not edible.
Disliked: trouble getting the tv to work. had to connect my phone to the roku tv

Liked: The place was very clean and clutter free, staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: I've stayed in much better hotels for a similar price. The lack of amenities and supplies was quite astonishing. First off, the heat control in our room was not working properly. It was either too cold or way too hot and there was no way to fix it. When we asked for someone to come take a look at it ...he was of no help at all. Second of all, the pillows for the beds were more like throw cushion size and not even enough for 2 people....3 of them to a bed. So bizarre . The coffee maker did not have cream avaliable or enough sugar etc for our morning coffee. The floors were cold and not carpeted. The supply of towels was a joke ... 1 bath sheet, 2 hand towels and 1 washcloth. No water or juice, pop or any beverages made available in the room. No room service. Like I mentioned first, I've stayed in other brand name hotels and had all these amenities. Do better, Ramada!!. Will never stay in one again

Liked: It was a beautiful location just off the water and away from the busy town.
Disliked: However, the hotel is extremely run down. With no hot water, heat in most rooms. The basic necessities. Mold in the shower and on the closet curtains. The balcony door did not seal well and left quite a draft and whistling sound all night. The toilet barely flushed and had to hold the handle down a long time in hopes that it would eventually flush.

Liked: The room was spacious
Disliked: There was no hot water for a shower, which caused problems. I got maintenance involved and we checked 2 other rooms so my family and I could have a proper shower but no other room had hot water either.
