Would never stay there again....

Liked: Manager on the morning after
Disliked: The staff were absolutely dreadful the night staff. Rude and upset my daughter. DO NOT have food there absolutely horrendous

Stay RAMADA Oldbury

Liked: Room is clean and in room facilities are good
Disliked: I had cut my finger the night before and my plaster had come off in the shower. I went down to reception and asked for a first aid kit. After ten minutes and several phone calls the receptionist could not find it. I gave up and walked down to the local ASDA. A First Aid kit for any business is basics. My need fortunately was not urgent but it could have been and makes you question how serious they take customers safety
