Liked: Bed was comfy. Room was quiet and clean.
Disliked: Location. You have to make u turn on m1 if coming from other direction

Disliked: I booked a room months in advance only for them to turn around and say they had to cancel my booking i guess it was doen to there being a big event on in Milton Keynes they released they could cancel my booking and relist the room at a higher price

Liked: Location was good, breakfast was good quality, Lady on reception was exceptional (hence the smiley face rating above but wouldn't have graded the same otherwise) as she made up our bed on arrival as it hasn't been done even though it was mid evening (past the children's bed time) and gave us all free drinks while we waited for our room to be ready - thank youThe barman was friendly and accommodating
Disliked: room was only just ok - only one pull out bed for two boy/girl children, bed not made up when we arrived at the children's bedtime, our room was small, small bathroom which was difficult as our son is disabled and partially sighted(I dont think I mentioned this in my booking as I thought a family room would have a larger space), air was blowing down all from the heater onto the pull out bed all night which was uncomfortable but couldn't turn it off as the room would get too cold, Breakfast staff weren't that friendly/smileyI was surprised that it didn't feel like Christmas there
