The ramada

Liked: The room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I booked a room with the jacuzzi in the room. Staff did not give me said room because they said that was not the room I booked. I showed him my receipt, and he told me that there was nothing he could do about it because all the other rooms with jacuzzi were taken.

Bad experience

Liked: Quiet. Desk clerk was nice. Room that I ended up with fine.
Disliked: My room was not cleaned. I opened the door and it was disgusting. 115. Hotel was completely booked. Desk clerk (very nice) took me to four out of service rooms to pick one. I drove 9 hours straight and I was exhausted. He did get me a room eventually 216. But you can imagine 9:30 pm exhausted and this happens. It wasn’t his fault. It was the organization. Parking is not easy here. They did issue me a refund.

It was great.

Liked: Very nice staff and good location
Disliked: Unpleasant smell in the room, very dated and dingy, the towels were discolored and old, the pillows were lumpy and gross, and the bed was sunken in the middle

Liked: Very friendly staff.
Disliked: I ask for a handicap room with a roll in shower and they gave me a handicap room way down at the end of the hallway with a bath tub with hand rails. I am unable to stand in the shower so I was not able to shower. Also, we always are given a room down by the front because me and my husband are handicapped and cannot walk very far. So both of these issues were very inconvenient for us.

Good night stay, would stay...

Liked: The room was clean, and I couldn’t hear any other guests.
Disliked: The bed was hard, and not much to choose from for breakfast. The neighbor a few doors down had a dog and every time we walked past the room the dog would bark. Just glad it didn’t bark the whole night.

Liked: I feel the sheets should be changed daily
