Poor

Liked: The breakfast was good and the place was quiet. The location is right next to the mall and the majority of restaurants. I purchased a rental unit, and it is close so we can commute during the clean out.
Disliked: I was furious!!!! One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was for my kids to enjoy the pool after we cleaned our rental unit located in a nearby neighborhood. The kids were really looking forward to one and only kid friendly accomodations. But they were miserable for this spring break. At check in on Wednesday, he said the pool had been closed for 2 days. This had been reserved for over a week, and we could have been notified In enough time to cancel and book at the other hotel with a pool. We had no choice but to stay at this point! It was too late!!

Liked: Staff was kind and attempted to help. Few of the main things didn't work or didn't work well. Cable didn't work, so didn't have tv for the night. Mini fridge; showed it worked.. however, nothing stayed cold. They offered to move us rooms however, we had been there 4 hours or longer. We had the cake out, food out(veggie tray & chips), and her gifts. He wanted to remind me of no parties per their policy. This was NOT a party. It was simply some family who where registered in that room (four people). Anyways, breakfast was extremely limited but enough to at least eat something. Not sure how soon we will return
