This was by far the dirtiest and most vile place we have ever stayed. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceilings; hair and bugs in the tub and sinks, and filthy linens. The staff was not helpful at all and we had to go get all the supplies we needed after we cleaned the room because everything was black. I will be disputing the charges on this room because it was so bad.

Liked: I complained about my room smelling like smoke when it's supposed to be a non-smoking room. I was changed immediately to a much better room that didn't smell like smoke.
Disliked: I didn't like it when you requested a non-smoking room, and they give you a room that smelled like smoke. I informed them they need to be mindful. People asked for a specific room for a reason. In my case, I have an illness.
