Super stay, Highly recommend

Liked: Great location, Super selection of food & drink, Plenty of food available or breakfast.

Disliked: A slightly wider variety of options for breakfast, eg black pudding etc (only a small thing)

Cheap, comfy but rubbish shower!

Liked: Comfy bed!
Disliked: The shower didn't work. It went from boiling hot to freezing cold and then back to boiling hoy=t. Impossible to have a proper shower! Very poor!

Excellent room with a great...

Liked: The room was extremely nice with lots of space to move around. The bathroom was wonderful and i enjoyed a long soak in the fantastic bath tub.
Disliked: The only issue i had was with the double bed being x2 singles pushed together. Somehow i managed to find the join and slept on that all night. It wasn’t the most comfortable nights sleep i have had.

Great location - good food...

Liked: Comfortable room but too warm during the night - made it difficult to sleep. Facilities were good - bar and restaurant very clean and food good.
Disliked: Bedroom too warm in the night - couldn’t find how to control the heat.

Typical 1980s American chain hotel...

Liked: The hotel is a typical anonymous American chain hotel from the 1980s. It’s well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with slightly larger rooms than the UK standard. The hotel features a nice gym and pool, though I didn’t use either. The breakfast is a reasonably good buffet that serves a typical cooked English breakfast, but it lacks a variety of fresh options. Even with the noisy renovation work going on, the price was reasonable.
Disliked: There was some noisy and dirty renovation happening on my floor. Regrettably, my room was situated right next to the cordoned-off section. As a result, I had to take a long detour on the floor below from the lobby and the breakfast restaurant to reach my room. If I had known about the renovation, I would have chosen a different hotel.
