This hotel is a fabulous...

Liked: The Hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff provided great Customer Service also. The pool extended to the outdoors, which was awesome, and I loved the fact that the hotel had a restaurant that served all the food I loved. The prices were very affordable. I had no complaints at all!! The hotel design was very beautiful. I felt like I was on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. I just wish the Hot Tub was working during my stay, but I will be returning again for sure.

$300 deposit because I was...

Liked: Well I paid $189 to stay one night because I am a flood victim and needed a place to stay that night because almost all the hotels were booked. And as I was trying to get my room I was told that because I am a local that they needed an extra $300 deposit. Remind you, I AM A FLOOD VICTIM. I also only draw social security because I am a dialysis patient. So, because I didn't have an extra $300 to give for a deposit, I had no choice but to leave and sleep in the truck that night. I filed for a refund through booking.com and I never received it. Just got "the run around" from them. So I'm giving bad reviews on everything until I get an answer or my refund.
