Good hotel but requires few...

Liked: Close to the area we needed to be in, free parking and having restaurants close by
Disliked: Pillows were hard and high, mattress was soft on sides feeling you'd roll out. Can hear road traffic if facing front due to main roadShower was not coming on properly.

Dissatisfied and when brought to...

Liked: Reservation was messed up. Was supposed to have adjoining rooms. Did not even get in the same floor. Elevators were out and one of our party was disabled. Directions sent out were confusing and inaccurate for her room access.
