Liked: Beautiful, big room. Clean. Would certainly stay again.
Disliked: The gentleman who checked us in wasn't very friendly; however, everyone else was.

We got there and the smell in the lobby was old and musty. We waited about 40 minutes for our non-smoking room to be ready. When we got our room, it smelled somewhat fresh. We left for about an hour and came back to it smelling like someone had just smoked a cigarette. I guess that's how long it took for the spray to disintegrate. The smoke smell was thick in the room, the carpet felt dirty and the bathroom sink was so old it was cracked. The staff wasn't friendly except for one of the shuttle drivers. I've stayed in Ramada's many times and this does not meet the excellence of all of the others we have stayed in. I'm quite suprised Ramada lets this hotel have their name on it. I would not recommend it.

Disliked: The first room they gave me must have literally just been occupied by someone. The tv was on. The bed was a mess. Towels on the floor and the heat cranked up. Notified the front desk and immediately threw an attitude as I was accusing them for it. Given another room but the stay was uncomfortable. Never again.

Disliked: Grout by shower could have been cleaner. TV on small side.
