Big disappointment

Liked: Not advised that food and Room service N_A ...no concierge ...only booked because of these services ...considering this to be last booking with Booking .com ..Can't be trusted .

Liked: Lack of communication from staff. Wasn’t told until I paid before arriving that lifts were out and restaurant unusable because of flood. I paid extra for balcony room and got put on ground floor. Couldn’t get wifi to work using my name and room number , wasn’t until that night I turned tv on and there was a code. Wasn’t told there was pool towels . The only thing I enjoyed was swimming in the beautiful pool and how close restaurants were to walk.

Liked: We had visited after a weather incident that had caused some damage to the place No lifts No restaurant or bar which was the reason I had booked there Couldn’t even get ice for drinks Handrail in pool was broken and dangerous That was a shame as the pool was good I think once everything is repaired it would be a good experience
