Quality Accommodation at a Bargain...

Liked: The staff were all superb, but a special shout out to Sam and Carol, the breakfast crew. They had us in stitches, and our breakfasts were both delicious and entertaining. The hotel was spotlessly clean and, as we were attending a concert at the Glasshouse, in a great location.
Disliked: The beds. Although super comfortable, they are way too mobile. I sat on the edge of mine, it shot off at an angle, and I ended up on the floor.

Liked: The council are homing homeless people within this hotel. The attitudes of such people made this stay very uncomfortable.

Disliked: We were given a room next to the doors in from elevator that made lots of noise and even though we were on the third floor we could hear lots of noise from people walking past or standing outside the hotel smoking
