Excellent hotel for visiting Morningside Arena. The room was clean but basic and excellent value for the money. The only issue was the noise from outside, which city centre on a Saturday night, should be expected and nothing the hotel can do about it. The Reception did move us to a quieter room without a problem but was still noisy.

Easy check in and check out. Lovely contemporary rooms, quiet rooms too - no noise from neighbouring rooms. Stylish bar/breakfast area downstairs; friendly staff.

Liked: Location and staff were very nice
Disliked: My room was feeezing. It’s was snowing outside but my room was colder. When I finally waited for the heating temp to turn up. I asked reception and they said- oh do you want the heating on and took about 3 hours to warm up.

Liked: convenient location, nice reception lobby. Quiet rooms. Staff all very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The TV in the room wasn't working - said no signal so the aerial cant have been working. There was only a small end of a toilet roll provided by housekeeping. Only small things that didnt bother me too much.

Disliked: Breakfast was awful ,everything on the hot buffet was cold . The staff blamed the air con unit above the buffet .!!!!
