Excellent hotel for visiting Morningside Arena. The room was clean but basic and excellent value for the money. The only issue was the noise from outside, which city centre on a Saturday night, should be expected and nothing the hotel can do about it. The Reception did move us to a quieter room without a problem but was still noisy.

Easy check in and check out. Lovely contemporary rooms, quiet rooms too - no noise from neighbouring rooms. Stylish bar/breakfast area downstairs; friendly staff.

Liked: Very quiet room, clean and accessible.
Disliked: The heating in the room was broken, along with the backup radiator. I didn't realise until I got back to my room at 1am. I informed the person at the desk, that they would have fixed it. But it was late and I just wanted to sleep, rather than faffing around. Unfortunately it was the coldest night on record, for a long time. So it was unfortunate. Also no smart TV, only terrestrial. But that's personal preference.
