Liked: Quiet room was received on request. Further away from elevators where music plays 24 hours. Room size OK. Fruit selection during breakfast OK.
Disliked: Staff barely speak English. Never received the iron even after I asked for it in SPANISH. Laundry had to be returned the same day but was not. Had to go 2 times to request for my laundry. They gave it back to me on the second request 24 hours later than supposed to. They washed and dried my trousers which shrank and are not good to use anymore. Breakfast - basic. It takes 15 minutes to make cappuccino which is additional charge. No English channels on TV. No wardrobe in the room, just few hangers.
