Exceptional

Liked: Location is excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Disliked: Night staff not so great. Was questioned by a security guard upon return as to who was with me which I feel is very unnecessary, I'm paying for a room and should be allowed to bring back whoever I like

Disliked: I text weeks in advance to say we were coming to celebrate our birthdays as close friends and asked for a room with a view and any other complimentary extras as a surprise for my friend. I got an email to say the hotel had made a note and wanted to make our stay as memorable as possible. When we arrived the receptionist realised before we went to our room it was a bday break and said ‘hope you enjoy your birthday’. We have always gone away to a hotel break in various places for our birthdays and the hotels would always give us some sort of treats eg chocolates or desserts or a bottle of bubbly. Unfortunately this didn’t happen here at the Ramada so that was disappointing.

Ok stay. Great location -...

Liked: Location was great and nearby our to the venue we were visiting. Bar in the hotel was ok. Rooms were basic.
Disliked: Rooms could have been cleaner. My partner accidently dropped something below the bed and moved the bed to get it - which resulted in a pillow falling on the floor. When he picked the pillow up, it was covered in a thick layer of grey dust. I took it to reception to be switched (or at least the pillow case), and the reception said she would do it and bring it up - which she didn't, which then resulted in one of us using 1 pillow to sleep. We paid £167 for 1 night for a standard double room, with no breakfast or any add-ons... I would at least expect the customer service to be a bit better for that price.

Restful

Liked: Very nice and warm welcome to the Hotel by Rachel who was working on the front desk. And answered all my questions with warmth and patience. Also a lovely man Tomas who worked the night shift was very helpful in ordering me a taxi for the Airport the next day. And the taxi was all ready for me the next day like being in a film. Also to I think his name is Allan or a slightly different spelling was also very helpful.
Disliked: Sometimes my Tv Remote didn’t work I didn’t spend much time in the room as was out working so when I came back just wanted to chill and watch telly but I had to sometimes really press the buttons hard to change the channel. And then sometimes it just didn’t work at all. That’s really the only negative thing everything else was great, I loved my room and the bed was so comfortable and had the best sleeps.
