Good location, good price but...

Liked: Location and checkin was easy. Price was affordable for a 2 bedroom apartment in Canberra.
Disliked: Room was very dated, and smelt a bit musty. Taps and showers need new washers as they dripped all night and could not be stopped. Rollers on the windows did not work and the roller tracks were quite dirty making the windows hard to open to let some fresh air in.

Disliked: Room is needing a refurb, looking a bit old, aircon not very effective

Liked: The location was the only positive.
Disliked: There is construction going on next door, there was no notice of this at the time of booking, when checking in there was no mention of this, once I arrived into my room there was a packet of ear plugs and written notice on the table. The noise from this construction was soo loud and invasive at early hours of the morning I checked out a day early due to the poor communication of this. I have stayed at many a Ramada/Wyndham properties all over the world and have always had an enjoyable stay. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, I feel deceived that the construction was not communicated until actually getting into my room, had I had know this I would have booked somewhere else.
