Liked: Breakfast and meal deal good value for money.The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were bright and clean. The coffee /tea station was well stocked.Really comfortable bed.
Disliked: The lounge/bar area could be made more inviting.

Convenient modern hotel

Liked: Loved the free parking, soundproofed rooms, the views as the hotel sits on the upper floors of the tall building, how conveniently located it is within a shopping centre but also close to Glasgow and other attractions like museum of rural life, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, very good value for money and comfy beds, good air con and heating systems.
Disliked: There are no bathtubs just showers. But the shower was great and had good pressure so for 2 nights it was fine. Some of the TV channels did not work e.g CBeebies which my daughter would have liked. We had to ask them to clean our room as they hadn’t done so. Breakfast was pretty average with not a huge range and not so healthy, and the coffee machine wasn’t the best.
