Lovely staff, very welcoming.

Liked: Really comfy bed, got a very good night's sleepRestaurant was fine. Basic set of meals...would not say they were 4 star, but food was adequate.
Disliked: Was tricky finding the entrance from Mill Lane. A sign on the entrance at this location would help, rather than just a sign off the M6.Would be good to have a safe in the room.

Great one nighter

Liked: Very friendly service at reception and in the dining area.
Disliked: Probably could have done with more gluten free options.

Reasonable stay

Liked: Hotel was fine, as expected. Price was reasonable and good for free parking.
Disliked: Room could have been a bit cleaner - hotel felt quite old and in need of some renovation.
