Horrible experience definitely wouldnt stay...

Disliked: Cleaning all round the hotel and rooms was poor. Our first room was freezing and the heating didn’t work so they changed our room but the second room’s heating didn’t work as well so they gave us a plug in heater and breakfast was poor too

Liked: Very clean professional Hotel. Excellent parking and booking system.

Location ideal for hotel, however...

Liked: We stayed here as a stop off on the way to the airport, convenient location
Disliked: The hotel room was filthy. I think they just only clean and change the bedding in the rooms and do nothing else. The lights above the TV also didn’t turn off, it was too late for us to mess about changing rooms as we needed to sleep before a flight.

One Night Stay

Liked: The staff on the reception and facilities were very friendly and helpful. There was reasonable car parking space near enough to the hotel as it is a busy car park with workmen and people stopping off to get the local fast foods that are available and petrol within the complex of the car park and fuel station. The furniture was matching and everywhere was clean. Snacks and drinks available at the reception.
Disliked: You will need to use the hotel WIFI as there is absolutely no connection within the vicinity. I could not even book in from the car park. Apparently all the rooms have the hand basin located in the bedroom area which was not ideal for me and a friend I was sharing with. There was no central light and the room came across as dark although there are lights over the bed area. There was constant noise from what sounded like the air conditioning for the building which was quite disturbing to sleep with. The breakfast was dismal. So sorry to say. There was an hour left before breakfast ended and the 'chef' was reluctant to replenish the scraps that were left. The 3 rashers of bacon was overcooked and the 5 sausages were of poor quality that were available. There were no fried eggs only scramble which was scrappy and only an handful for 7 guests that arrived for breakfast. He did put a few more bits in the air fryer but the bacon came out again too well done. The orange and apple juice had run out from the cooler and at some point a carton of orange appeared. The 'chef' was miserable and only used sign language and did not seem to speak English. All else was doable but the breakfast was very uninviting. I would not pay for breakfast as there are so many other food choices on the complex with happy faces. KFC Costa M&S etc. We also had a meal there but the food is cheap poor quality in my opinion. There is no bar area, the drinks are sold behind the reception where you are not able to sit. You would need to go to the dining/breakfast area.
