Check in time was at 2:00 p.m. We arrived around 5:30. Went to our room and out of four lamps in the room only one had a working bulb. Picked up the phone to call the desk, but the phone didn't work. Went into sink/shower area - only two towels, and no wash cloths, hand towels etc. Walked up to the front dek and were told they were behind on laundry and would bring other linen later and would send maintenance to replace bulbs. We went out to eat and came back two hours later - still no bulbs, no phone, no washrags or hand towels. Again walked to front desk. While there, the maintenance man came to room and gave my wife one light bulb. Again we asked for at least one more so we wouldn't have to move bulbs from bed side lamp to desk lamp. He brought two more bulbs, of which only one worked, and a washrag and a hand towel. Also brought a new phone but evidently there was a problem in the line as it still didn't work. We were told they would work on the phone while we were out the next day, so we gave up for the night. Next day we returned to the room after being gone all day. Again, while the linen was fresh it still consisted of only one washrag and one hand towel for two people. Phone still didn't work so we made do with what we had. Will never ever, I repeat, will never ever stay at this motel again.

Disliked: The Room to small, Bedside clock did not work ,Front door jam, dead bolt to hard to lock. No cable remote hard to change channels all and all Will never stay there again!

Solid option next to airport...

Liked: The good - breakfast had 2 waffle machines and plenty of cold options. -Dog friendly ($10 fee). -Very quiet in a back ground floor room-The attached Indian restaurant is fantastic
Disliked: The bad - bed was way too soft (my partner liked it though).-The refrigerator and microwave were all unplugged when we got there. -Breakfast had a sign "no eggs".-pool was not heated-fitness room has no small weights... well, maybe they were all stolen :(

Liked: Breakfast. Cleanliness. Staff helpful and pleasant. Good location for me.
Disliked: Directions to breakfast room unclear. Confusing to go through restaurant. TV difficult to watch. Did not respond well to remote. Lamp by window did not work, then I discovered it was unplugged. These things should be checked. Don't care for getting a room on back side; it doesn't feel as safe when I'm alone. Liked: 5 stars all the way! The facilities were neat and clean inside and out. Staff were all sweet and friendly. The young Lady at the front desk on Tuesday and Wednesday was amazing. We had key issues, and she immediately took care of it. Our room was very nice, beautiful furniture and the beds were so comfortable. After seeing that bathroom my Husband said we will be re designing out bathroom like it.
Disliked: Only issue the one and only issue we had during our whole stay! The bathroom needs a better shower head.

Liked: Hotel has been upgraded and it is very nice. Rooms are fresh and new, two restaurants on site, and beautiful breakfast available in the morning with eggs cooked to order. Lobby is decorated beautifully for Christmas. Had a very nice stay!
