All in all it was...
Liked: The day staff was professional and more pleasant.
Disliked: The male at the front desk would not even look up from his cell phone to greet you when entering the hotel. When I asked him a question it took him a second or two to even answer me. He was not unpleasant but unfocused on his job description. Also there was no television service during my stay. I was told I would receive a10% discount, but I haven't as of yet.

For the price, it was...
Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The handicapped shower flooded the entire bathroom. The floor did not slope enough toward the drain.

Disliked: I tried to pay online for the room and they took $48.13 four separate times and told me it would be reimbursed in 24 hours and here it is 56 hours later and it still hasn't been put back on my account. I tried to call the front desk from the room and it did nothing but ring and ring and ring
