Disliked: Rooms are dirty and smelly. I asked the front desk to clean my room, but they never did during my 4 nights stay.

I paid the $100 deposit...

Liked: I paid the $100 deposit it's been over 30 days I have not received my refund for my $100 deposit I've been calling for several days almost 10 times a day and never got in contact with the staff concerning this matter

A good place to stay...

Liked: Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Very convenient to my needs. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: This location is in the midst of being remodeled. So the foyer is in disarray with carpet being replaced, walls being painted and furniture situation being in limbo.

Horrible room service

Liked: The front desk people… kind, friendly and tried their best. Manager Josh was nice.
Disliked: Was under renovation and breakfast was suspended… this was not listed on their site when making the reservation. Housecleaning was horrible, it was like pulling teeth to get fresh towels daily. My handicap room didn’t have a shower chair and the floor was filthy. No complementary soap or shampoo. Very loud hotel, night and day, from construction and weekly renters. Room had a smell of fried food that would not go away, even if sprayed with deodorants. The internet was horrible, constantly spooling, making it difficult to watch TV. No local stations from TV provider to check local news.
