Room great, bar closed, restaurant...

Liked: Super location, close to interstate. Room was great, modern and was a good size with a sofa to sit on and watch tv, rather than sitting on the bed! On these points alone, l would score highly, however….. it claims to have a bar and restaurant, wrong they are both closed! It claims to offer breakfast included, wrong it was the worst breakfast l have ever experienced and l stay in many hotels every year and in many different countries, but this needs nominating for the worst breakfast EVER! I actually spoke directly with the owner/senior management 3 times during the 7 days to express how disappointing their breakfast was. Each time he apologised and said he would deal with it and get it improved as he admitted it was unacceptable ….. hot trays had no heating on, so eggs etc were stone cold, coffee was either empty or spilt all over the counter, bread was simply in open bags straight from the supermarket, cereal was a single box open on the counter!

Not to great sometimes.

Liked: Bathroom wasn’t clean enough in the bad tub area and the bed was so hard , another thing on the hallways you can smell the marihuana coming from somewhere. Is not my first time on this hotel and las time the bed wasn’t that bad but the smell on the hallways was there I tough it was something from a moment but I guess not.

Extremely disappointed, would never recommend.

Liked: When you walk in the lobby was really nice but that’s where it ends. Most of the common areas were dirty the entire 2 days I was there with the same dirt. The part lot and surrounding area was full of trash and debris. We got 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each that were adjoining. That was the one plus of the whole weekend. The entire hotel was cold, like they didn’t pay their oil bill cold. The pool was cold, so cold that my grandkids got in and right back out again. One of the beds in our room had no sheets on it.. There was a throw pillow in the room that had dried puke on it. The shower walls were filthy. One of the rooms had what looked like pot residue by the tv. Lastly there was something growing behind the refrigerator in one of the rooms. The only solution that was ever offered was to move us to another room. The cleaning staff at this hotel sucks to say the least. Lastly they were knocking at our door at 10:55 when we told them we were leaving at 11. The hotel had very few people there while we were there.

Disliked: There was hair in the beds we moved to a different room and same thing happened they were disgusting rooms I would never stay there again the staff were horrible and rude

Horrible, I wish I got...

Liked: The staff was okay, nice I guess
Disliked: I felt so unsafe, I couldn’t breathe due to my asthma the first floor reeked like smoke. It was not clean. AT ALL… It was not clean. It was so bad I stayed for 20 mins and booked a stay for another hotel in evergreen walk in Manchester CT..

Good price and deal

Liked: It was a great stay. Put us in the wrong room at first, but changed it to accommodate our reservation. Handicap shower is quite hard to use. Seat is too far from handle and shower head. Especially for someone with only 1 leg. She couldn't do it. Also, still waiting on my deposit back.
