Pleasant and enjoyable, AS ALWAYS....

Liked: The Rooms were clean (like always), The Staff was very friendly and helpful ( like always), the Pool was the highlight of the stay for the kids, the location is excellent as it is easy to get to off the highway and yet very close to all other amenities and the Breakfast that is included was wonderful with a large variety for everyone.
Disliked: The Bed (king size) was very hard and the stupid train running by every hour on the hour kept me awake almost all night and sounded like it was coming through the room every time it sounded its horn! Im not too sure there is much that could be done on your end and it certainly does not reflect on my opinion of your establishment. Next time I may ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel...
