Liked: I liked the location of the hotel. I liked the appearance of the lobby. I liked the parking lot. That's it.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I was bitten by bedbugs. I didn't like that my wife and I had to leave room 131 that had a King-size bed at 3:00a.m. because of the bedbugs. I didn't like that the hotel didn't have a comparable room available to put us in. I didn't like that the only room available (Rm.121) had only full-size beds. My wife and I were not able to sleep in the same bed because of the size. I don't like that these itchy bug bites will now need treatment. Very Disappointed, C. Barbour

Best Value for Price and...

Liked: The young lady at the desk was nothing but helpful and kind, a breath of fresh air. It's a nice place for a nice price. It's very decent. I had to change rooms the first night for something small, but it was absolutely no problem. It feels safe and it's quiet. I have had to spend more money on places that were nowhere near this nice. It's not luxury, but it's very nice and decent and acceptable no matter how long you need to stay. And it's right next to the Southland Casino if you get board and Downtown Memphis is right over the bridge. It was worth me driving back and forth everyday to and from Memphis. It was bad enough our family was temporarily displaced, then the hotels in my price range in Memphis were not worth the prices. Then I found this place and tried it out, it was a great relief, one less thing to worry about. And btw I have OCD and the Ramada got a pass from me. Clean sheets and shower. Breakfast and peace.
Disliked: It is starting to age and it shows, certain areas were a little dusty, and the carpet in some of the rooms needs to be replaced. And my kids said that there was no meat options for breakfast but the waffles make up for it.

Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: Had a bad smell, the room was dirty, the housekeeper went in before the check out time threw away my food and items…The ac leaking water. Items from the ceiling were falling down whatever material it were. I was told I couldn’t get a refund because I went through a third party company. I spent a lot of money on food to have my food tossed in the trash, they taken out . Over Seventy dollars worth of food. The room also smelled of gas or some type of chemical….
