Liked: Apartment is in a great location 5 min walking distance from Cuba Street where all the restaurants are. We had a suite , apartment had one bedroom with ensuite shower and large lounge dinner with kitchenette with microwave and stove top. First impressions when walked in was lounge was large with hardly any furniture ! Just 2 small arm chairs and a small round dining table with 2 chairs . No sofa , no pictures , all a bit austere. Cleanliness in shower room was poor : thick dust on floor by washing machine ( on window ledge ) it was very noticeable straight away ( my husband remarked on this !). He found a used wet face cloth that was from previous guest on floor to right of sink , which must of fallen by washing machine - again didnt have to look hard to see this . Kitchen cupboard doors werent clean , sticky . We are not OCD about cleaning , it was obvious when we arrived it is not up to the standard of a Radisson Hotel which is a shame. Reception staff helpful. Parking confusing as they advertise they have a stacking system for car spaces , we were told in email it was first come first served and not possible to reserve. On arrival there were several stack spaces free but we were told they were " booked "?? . We were advised to park in the Public " smart parking " car park around the corner which was fine , but to check in you have to temp double park / leave car by side entrance to hotel to take luggage to room , then park car elsewhere. The car park around corner gets filled up , spaces cant be reserved. We liked the location of hotel but not sure we would stay again as cleanliness wasnt great .
Disliked: Poor standard of Cleanliness in room Confusing parking info saying spaces raken at hotel when clearly there were some free in stacks . Public car park was good around corner thank goodness !
