Very good

Liked: Clean rooms. Some furnishings need updating. But beds were comfy. Lots of shopping in this location. You must try the Lotus Restaurant for amazing Vietnamese food at a reasonable price!
Disliked: Rooms were definitely not sound proof.

Liked: The room was clean. The beds were a little uncomfortable. The breakfast was amazing! (Check out the pancake machine!!!!)
Disliked: We did spot a few ants in the bathroom and when we told the front desk they offered us a discount on the room rate.

Just all we need to...

Liked: It's a good place with friendly people.
Disliked: I did not enjoy the breakfast because I left the hotel to eat earlier in the morning. At that time, there was no coffee option.

Pleasant

Liked: Clean room, provided mini fridge, microwave, comfortable bed.
Disliked: People trying to get into locked back door at 5 am, making a lot of sound trying to open the door.

Pleasant stay in a nice...

Liked: Check in quick and easy, clean and warm.
Disliked: The refrigerator was a little small. Had a woman with kids next door that would yell and swear late night and early morning. The breakfast was good but need to change it up once in a while. Like have Bacon instead of sausage or premade omletes instead of scrambled eggs.
