Terrible experience.

Liked: The size of the room was pretty good.The staff was responsive.The rice was okay but it was off-season and Thanksgiving night.
Disliked: Quite the bait and switch. I reserved it on line and the pictures I saw was the big building across the street. Checking in was a nightmare. Ask Jessica at the desk.She was with us and helped the best she could but we were given instructions that didn't work. We entered on the wrong side. I ordered a ground floor room but we took the elevator up to get to room 225. The elevator spelled like urine. The luggage cart could barely fit and it didn't roll right. When we got to the first floor above the ground, we had to turn around and go half a floor down a steep ramp. Dangerous because of the steepness and the weight of the cart.At this point I'll mention that I recently had both knees replaced. That's why I reserved a first floor room and a bathroom with Walk-in shower and grab bars.So after I stood in front of the cart and made it down the ramp, we walked along the whole level and there was no room 252.I called Jessica and she came over, determined we were on the other side and helped get the cart back up the ramp and into the elevator. When we finally got to the room my wife and I were both exhausted. there was a walk in shower with one grab bar, but no grab bars to help with the toilet.There were no luggage racks to open our luggage on. They were brought across the street.The toilet sounded like a woman screaming but we lived with that.Two days later we discovered the TV in the bed area was different and wouldn't work like the one out front. And there was no dial tone on the phone. Maintenance did come over and address those things.By the time we left the toilet seat was loose.And it all left a bad taste in our mouths. Sunday was our 40th anniversary.Wish it would have been better.

Disliked: Upgraded because what we booked was scary and room down wouldn’t stay there if they paid. So we paid to upgrade with them… I woke up w migraine at 2am needed to get hit shower to find there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL!!! I picked up phone to call and tell them fix it I need it and PHONE DIDN’T WORK!!! This in top of broken glass on balcony and pubs all on floor in bathroom.. DISGUSTING!!!! Talked w staff about it they did nothing! Planning to review them everywhere I can find!! No star hotel!!

Liked: We book the hotel but put us across the street in there run down property. Not in the main hotel. They show the main hotel on the website and then put you somewhere else
