ZERO * cheap but nasty.....

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING
Disliked: Upgraded because what we booked was scary and room down wouldn’t stay there if they paid. So we paid to upgrade with them… I woke up w migraine at 2am needed to get hit shower to find there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL!!! I picked up phone to call and tell them fix it I need it and PHONE DIDN’T WORK!!! This in top of broken glass on balcony and pubs all on floor in bathroom.. DISGUSTING!!!! Talked w staff about it they did nothing! Planning to review them everywhere I can find!! No star hotel!!

Liked: We book the hotel but put us across the street in there run down property. Not in the main hotel. They show the main hotel on the website and then put you somewhere else

Liked: The location was great, everything else not so good I book a better room but was put in a very very cheap horrible room
Disliked: That I booked a luxury room for one price then was given a very crappie room on the very cheap side not what I paid for.

I would never stay there...

Liked: The staff was kind.
Disliked: The reason we decided stay here was because of the indoor hot tub. We had a very long drive and this was our halfway point but It didn't work which was very disappointing. We also had to change rooms due to TV issues and the room they gave us was smaller than the original room. It is very outdated and I'm pretty sure we were the only people staying there. They should have put us in their best room as soon as we arrived. Especially when the amenities advertised don't work!
