The ramada

Liked: The room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: I booked a room with the jacuzzi in the room. Staff did not give me said room because they said that was not the room I booked. I showed him my receipt, and he told me that there was nothing he could do about it because all the other rooms with jacuzzi were taken.

Bad experience

Liked: Quiet. Desk clerk was nice. Room that I ended up with fine.
Disliked: My room was not cleaned. I opened the door and it was disgusting. 115. Hotel was completely booked. Desk clerk (very nice) took me to four out of service rooms to pick one. I drove 9 hours straight and I was exhausted. He did get me a room eventually 216. But you can imagine 9:30 pm exhausted and this happens. It wasn’t his fault. It was the organization. Parking is not easy here. They did issue me a refund.

It was great.
