Liked: A great place to stay when in Springfield or driving through. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Disappointing

Liked: 2 miles from state fairgrounds, pool area was very clean
Disliked: Wasn’t very clean, had to request new sheets, beds not very comfortable, the hot water wasn’t hot, noise was terrible , free breakfast wasn’t worth eating

Quick short stay

Liked: Very nice staff. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: They charge a $50 incidental fee right off the bat, which wasn't disclosed until I arrived at the property. If you want to pay with cash, there is a $250 "deposit" that is required in addition to your room cost, right off the bat.

Good for a one night...

Overall a very nice experience.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I also loved the view from my window and how I was provided with a mini coffee maker and both regular and decaf coffee in my room. I also liked that the hotel was right by a few bus stops so I could walk there and take the bus to get around.
Disliked: I would have liked more healthy breakfast options such as fresh fruit and oatmeal.
