Took a chance to save...

Liked: They were accommodating moving us from 2nd floor to 1st floor due to my hip issue and not having an elevator. Bed was actually comfortable.
Disliked: Rm 116 had water or body fluid stains on the first bed, floor had not been cleaned in what I would say is years due to a almost glazed look of the carpet from ground in grime, the work done to make the room was extremely sub par with cove base coming off in bathroom, shower faucet coming out of wall and dirverter coming out of wall and was repaired with an excessive amount of caulking but still not sealing it. Cigarette burns on tub, hair dryer with wall mount just sitting on closet shelf, dresser broken, ac hester unit was making a substantial noise each time it was running for heat. Walls had handprints and smudges, beds were on a built up frame made of wood with some extra bathroom flooring in spots stapled to cover the wood but most was missing, the chair had a large spot of what could be from a body fluid, and room smelled strong of urine as soon as we walked in. My wife sprayed body spray to try and hide it. I'm a general contractor licensed in washington state for many uears, and my wife used to be a hotel house keeper and head of house keeping in Ephrata wa. She was absolutly disgusted and said if she was head of house keeping she would have fired every single member in that dept. With how dirty the room was we decided to skip breakfast because if the room is that bad how clean is the kitchen or cooking equipment.

Horrible experience. Never staying here...

Disliked: Paid extra for the "efficiency room". Outlets didn't have covers (loose wires hanging out), no batteries in smoke detectors, dirty sheets on the bed, dirty floors, items in dishwasher from previous visitors and shower drained really slow. It looked like no one had been in to clean and straighten things up before we picked up room keys.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

April Mon, 31 March 2025

Disappointed

Liked: Front desk staff was super friendly, quiet, fridge and microwave in room, good location, pancake machine
Disliked: This place feels like no one has actually cleaned it for decades. Room was dirty, torn lampshades, chipped up furniture, filthy chairs, dirty mirrors (literally the easiest and most logical thing a housekeeper should do), water did not get hot, trash all over the property, most of the breakfast was not great; hard boiled eggs were like rubber, gravy tasted terrible, cold cereal was stale. What has happened to the Ramada name?

Cheap and run down.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Very run down, fridge didn't work, microwave I had to plug in to a power strip hanging from the wall. The hair dryer was one that should be mounted on the wall, but instead I pulled it out, put the unit on the counter to use the dryer. All attached still. Biscuit and gravy for the buffet, the biscuits were cold, possibly frozen. No coffee creamer, no fruit, hard boiled eggs in freezers looked like they'd been there awhile, all slimy.

Spokane missed the mark

Liked: A Non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, there was no hot water enough to take a quick shower. The last minute price was expected but my experience with other Ramada stays elsewhere were exceptional. Spokane definitely missed the mark.. reserve early at another place and save yourself a miserable stay at this place. Horrible stay.

Do NOT Book

Liked: Do not book! Pictures are false. Do your research and read all reviews
Disliked: This facility was disgusting. Trash on property, rooms outdated, stained and crusty furniture, stains on mattress that looked like blood.

Very poor

Liked: We were able to park close to our room
Disliked: The room had a weird smell. There were ear plugs, Bobby pins and a watch battery. 2 flat pillows, walked up to front desk and he said they don't have any more pillows....? The lady that checked us in was really awesome though.
