Disliked: Semi was parked outside running all night - nobody from hotel did anything to stop this annoyance.

Liked: Everything was acceptable, except for the part that they still have not refunded my 100 deposit and I've been waiting a week.
Disliked: That my deposit is still holding I've contacted my credit card company and it is he facility and their bank... I've been calling everyday for the manager and the manager has not responded nor returned my call.... I'm very irritated.

Liked: Staff
Disliked: Freezing room, freezing floors, broken chair, no table, no extra chairs, burnt out let unusable, jacuzzi tub broken, for a suite it was disappointing.
