Liked: The staff was very friendly and informational. Overall our stay was great and the room was very nice.
Disliked: There was a little confusion after we were checked in because they also sent someone else to our room with keys and then realized that we were already checked into that room after the other people walked into our room.

A very friendly man greeted us when we checked us in (and out). We stayed in a clean and comfortable room. We were in Sioux Falls to attend the Summit League Men's Basketball tournament at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The Ramada Inn provided us with a free shuttle to and from the tournament. We just needed to call the front desk at any time and there they were. We stayed there last year and intend to next year.

Was a good place to stay for a good price and great location for concerts.

Liked: Hotel offered a shuttle to the concert. Pools, slides, and hot tubs were awesome. Awesome bar in the pool area and awesome gaming area.
Disliked: Bar closed shortly after the concert was done. Had to go elsewhere for drinks after.

Liked: It has an awsome pool.
Disliked: No microwaves in regular rooms.

Exceptional

Liked: i really like the price, one of the cheaper places in town and is great for families that want to enjoy the water park. Boston's Restaurant is delicious and even though i was only staying for a hospital visit, they made me feel right at home. I've stayed here in the past, rooms have been renovated and it is a comfortable spot to stay.
Disliked: The humidity from the pool can be rough as well as the chlorine smell. Other than that not a single complaint! Turn the A/C on and you won't even notice! Missing a few TV channels but the basics are there.

Disliked: fire alarm was going off about 8 am and firetrucks came it was a bit scary. this happened the last time we was there in the middle of the night. not to happy about that scary situation

Liked: Room sizes great with all things in the room….fridge, microwave, coffeeHad couch, chair, table with 4 chairsBedroom and living area were separated
Disliked: Some furniture needs be replaced due to being worn out and kinda uncomfortableWish they offered continental type breakfast other than just restaurant

Over-priced and disappointing

Liked: It was close to the event center where we were attending a concert.
Disliked: Rooms and common areas were run down and out dated. Our room had a dirty, musty smell. Normal maintenance, like repairing broken tiles, has not been kept up. We had a horrible experience at the in-site restaurant: a waiter that was high, forgot about our table, didn’t bring drinks or take our order for an hour, half our table didn’t get their food. For $560 it was absolutely not worth it.
