Liked: The staff was very friendly and informational. Overall our stay was great and the room was very nice.
Disliked: There was a little confusion after we were checked in because they also sent someone else to our room with keys and then realized that we were already checked into that room after the other people walked into our room.

A very friendly man greeted us when we checked us in (and out). We stayed in a clean and comfortable room. We were in Sioux Falls to attend the Summit League Men's Basketball tournament at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The Ramada Inn provided us with a free shuttle to and from the tournament. We just needed to call the front desk at any time and there they were. We stayed there last year and intend to next year.

Was a good place to stay for a good price and great location for concerts.

Liked: Hotel offered a shuttle to the concert. Pools, slides, and hot tubs were awesome. Awesome bar in the pool area and awesome gaming area.
Disliked: Bar closed shortly after the concert was done. Had to go elsewhere for drinks after.

Liked: It has an awsome pool.
Disliked: No microwaves in regular rooms.

Disliked: My spouse couldn't get her wheelchair into the room, We had no remote for the T.V., there was no Microwave for her special meal to be cooked in, I had to leave her there to get fast food for our meal

Very relaxing hotel with indoor...

Liked: Fantastic indoor water park for the family. Great location on the way to Rapid City.
Disliked: It would be nice if they offered breakfast.

The play makes the stay.

Liked: It was well used and a bit tired, but the staff was wonderful and the ability to let down and play in the pool made it well worth it.
Disliked: Used and rough around the edges.
