Liked: The staff was very friendly and informational. Overall our stay was great and the room was very nice.
Disliked: There was a little confusion after we were checked in because they also sent someone else to our room with keys and then realized that we were already checked into that room after the other people walked into our room.

A very friendly man greeted us when we checked us in (and out). We stayed in a clean and comfortable room. We were in Sioux Falls to attend the Summit League Men's Basketball tournament at the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The Ramada Inn provided us with a free shuttle to and from the tournament. We just needed to call the front desk at any time and there they were. We stayed there last year and intend to next year.

Was a good place to stay for a good price and great location for concerts.

Liked: Hotel offered a shuttle to the concert. Pools, slides, and hot tubs were awesome. Awesome bar in the pool area and awesome gaming area.
Disliked: Bar closed shortly after the concert was done. Had to go elsewhere for drinks after.

Liked: It has an awsome pool.
Disliked: No microwaves in regular rooms.

Liked: I liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. As well as the layout of the facility. Our room was very comfortable besides the poor ventilation and mild mold on the ceiling of our bathroom.
Disliked: I didn’t like that we got a room without a sleeper couch like we reserved in our reservation . I also requested a crib which we did not have in our room.

Liked: The rooms were comfortable, but there was no Wi-Fi service in the rooms. My daughter had an important online meeting and had to go to the lobby to get service

Very poor

Liked: The pools are nice and if fairly good condition. Just required lots of cleaning and the staff eventually got that done.
Disliked: The rooms around the room are in poor condition from all the moisture from the pools. Lots of rust on all metal items in the rooms. A small microwave in the room would have been nice. There was no hot water the first night.

Best nights sleep I’ve ever...

Liked: Kids enjoyed the water park and arcade. Hot tub was relaxing.

Liked: Sports bar in lobby was nice as we hadn’t eaten yet, and could watch game.
Disliked: Location was good for airport but did not run shuttle service due to only having one person working night shift and early departure, so we got a taxi.
