Overall was a good stay...

Liked: The location of the hotel was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I wasn't aware that there would be renovations being done when I booked the hotel. The breakfast was not the best as it was relocated to a conference room during the renovations and the food was edible but the hot food was never hot, the boiled eggs were over done and the selection of juice was in drink boxes. It wasn't what I was expecting at all.

Poorly maintained & dirty

Disliked: This is more like a $50 motel. The hotel interior is old dirty and very poorly maintained. The breakfast was very disappointing and little to no effort was put into it.
