I stayed here last week for an overnight to go to a show at the Rhode Island Connection. It was perfect - very clean and the staff was so friendly. I'm kind of sad that I didn't stay for a few more days. Anyone who has a show or anything planned near Providence stay at this hotel because it's conveniently located close to East Providence and there's a bunch of cool things around it too. Staff super friendly and helpful. Clean.

Liked: Breakfast? I didn’t have a working TV! But the room was roomy.
Disliked: Snack machines working and more available. Updated furnishings. A more approachable, less bad attitude desk clerk. Tv not working!

Disliked: There was no AC and housekeeping did not come around to provide extra towels. We were not told that the AC wasn’t working until we turned it on and it blew out hot air which made the room uncomfortable.
