Liked: The path to parking wasn’t very clear, and the front door was down a steep hill, so we had to wheel our bags down that steep hill to check in at the desk. After we obtained a room key, we were able to enter from the back parking lot where we were parked, but there was a shady person sitting in the steps there painting her nails. The hallways had a lot of twists and turns, so we didn’t feel safe when we needed to go to and from the elevators…of which one was marked out of service right after I rode it downstairs! The worst part was the older lady at the front desk. She was not only rude and unhelpful on the phone when I asked about a check-in time, but elevated her rudeness when I went to check in. The morning person was much nicer though. The rooms were actually quite nice —except there was no fridge! Thankfully I had brought my costco cooler bag and filled it with ice. Otherwise the food I’d bought would have spoiled. The comfy bed and clean room is the only reason for the 6…maybe should’ve been a 4.
