Just what we needed to...

Liked: It is so convenient that they have a shuttle to and from the airport that runs regularly. It is walking distance from the train. The woman who checked us in late at night was so welcoming. We rally appreciated that.

Front desk staff rude and...

Liked: Close to airport, bed was comfortable, room was reasonably clean
Disliked: I waited a long time for the front desk person to come. When she did come out she was short and unfriendly. The first room she gave me had an open door and the heating units case was removed like someone was working on it. When I went to get another room she was rude in the extreme, telling me she didn’t need to know what was going on in the room all I had to do was ask for a different one. I was flabbergasted, you would think she would want to know so she didn’t give it to someone else. The hotel is dirty and dated. The soda machine on the 1st floor has been vandalized so there is no working machine. My entire floor reeked of marijuana. There were loud children and their parents yelling at them in multiple rooms. Someone tried to enter my room around 930 at night. Luckily I had the safety lock on. There is no mini fridge; the cabinet for it is nailed shut. 99 is a sketchy area so I didn’t feel safe but it was a place to sleep for two nights.

Disliked: Staff was rude specifically wanted room with chakoozi or whirl pool bath instead had a big dirty bathtub in bathroom were the whirlpool jets didn't work at all it was just a big awkward bath tub that was dirty as can be

Disliked: Old lady at reception is horrible. Zero concept of customer service. Very rude. I had a package delivered the day before I arrived and it disappeared at reception.

Disappointing

Liked: Very personable clerk at the front desk..."Rose". Happy to accommodate my request for a quiet room near the back of the hotel.Comfortable bed, acceptable bathroom.
Disliked: Room- TV--> no local channels, only a weird assortment of cable channels like QVC, Hallmark, Kidz, etc.General condition--> a VERY dilapidated property. Carpets from the early '90's, elevators severely worn/scratched and in need of paint and service, bathroom wallpaper delaminating from the walls. Interior hallways reek of CBD/THC vapors. The entire property needs a multi-million dollar remodel project...
