Awesome helpful staff. Overall an enjoyable hotel stay.

Liked: We chose this hotel for the proximity of the home where we were visiting for the weekend.
Disliked: We didn’t get much rest or sleep at all due to the noise ALL NIGHT LONG. There were groups of people running down the hallway yelling, laughing at all hours of the night. There were doors closing and opening and ppl wandering the halls all night long. Due to the number of ppl loitering in the lobby and at the main entrance, we didn’t feel safe.

Liked: Comfortable bed, large room, big work area. Safety measures using floor access via room cards.The restaurant had friendly staff. I enjoyed the Indigenous artwork.
Disliked: The walk in shower was impossible to access using a walker as the bathroom was much too small and the bathroom door was a barrier.No ice machine by elevators on 6.The front desk staff ordering a taxi when I requested a car as I could not get in many SUV’s with my physical disability. The first time an SUV arrived. The second time a van was ordered and had to be rebooked when I was a bit short in time to meet a deadline.

Liked: The staff were the only good thing about the location
Disliked: The rooms were very gloomy and felt dungey, the chair in the corner was stained all over and looked gross, the sheet lifted up and the mattress was gross and stained, random people sitting outside the entrance everytime we walked in and out no matter what time of day. Ordered food and had to walk all the way to the lobby to let the driver in as everything was locked up. Pool/hotub was not available to use
