Disliked: Steep staircase to 2nd floor.Rooms need to be updated.Problems getting the Security Deposit of $75.00 per room, I booked 2rooms, so it’s $150.00 I am still waiting on my Security Deposits to be reimbursed!

Very low quality hotel
Liked: Location close to the airport
Disliked: The bathroom was horrible, outdated, and everything felt dirty. Breakfast was bad too. Very low-quality hotel.

We wanted to stay longer.
Liked: Excellent hotel. Pool was warm and clean. It is salt water. Attached restaurant has good food and very friendly.

Good stay
Liked: Located close to the waterfront river the hotel is confortable. Room are a bit old but very clean. The staff is very kind and thoughtful. Complementary breakfast is good with choice.

A wonderful stay. I would...
Liked: Close to the Airport. The office staff were wonderful and so helpful!!!Th onsite restaurant was exceptional! Food was excellent and the great service of the attentive servers made the dining experience that much better.
Disliked: The 2nd Floor stairs were steep in my opinion, especially lugging up a heavy suitcase. BUT…The office staff were wonderful and arranged for me help in toting my suitcase down the stairs when I left. I’m a senior citizen and I could not have done it by myself. I appreciated it so much!
