Amazing staff, beautiful garden, white...

Liked: The garden and a little pond with fish and ducks. And of course the famous white ducky

Nice hotel but could use...

Liked: Loved the check in. Front desk clerk was awesome! Hotel is older and could use an update. Place was packed when we were there on 12/31. Breakfast staff had a hard time keeping up with the crowd at breakfast but they were very nice.

Disliked: Sink was clogged, toilet water kept running. The picture of the room on booking showed a much larger room then it's actual size. The room is way overpriced for what you get.

Not worth the cost.

Disliked: Old property… too run down for the price.Our room sink was clogged. Bath tub was old, had rust and was dirty.Some staff were nice but others didn’t really care. One even said that if the heating didn’t work, we should just sleep with 3 blankets on. They asked us to come and get things from the reception when we called to tell them we didn’t have the essentials in the room. And the worst of it all was that the heating unit was so old and noisy we barely slept. There is no water filter on premises. You have to but plastic bottles.One of the staff members was particularly curt. She really thought she was doing us a favour by letting us stay there.

Liked: The facility was clean and quiet. Also had cute holiday decorations so it was very festive. Would stay here again.
Disliked: No bottled water in the room. Went to the vending machine and only saw soda. Was desperate as I needed to take some supplements, bought the soda and nothing came out of the vending machine.
