Liked: Nothing. Pretty bad experience, staff is rude, location is ugly, and the room was nasty.

Liked: There wasn't much to like, it was in a terrible area and the room was gross. It had burn marks in the sheets and stains everywhere.
Disliked: I did not like pretty much everything about it. The only positive was the staff was helpful and nice.

Disliked: Customer service not that good specially check out in the morning

Liked: Do not stay here. Dangerous area, cockroaches, room untidy and needs to be updated and fixed, sheets were stained. Would not recommend this place .

Disliked: The sound of traffic is soooo loud we could barely sleep

Sleepless night

Liked: Most of the staff was professional.
Disliked: We were on the third floor and there was a live band playing in the lobby/restaurant. We could hear the music playing from our room and could not sleep. The music didn’t stop playing until 12:30am. I have never had an experience like that. The second night was better. The staff was apologetic and I know it was not their fault.
