Disappointing

Liked: Refrigerator wasn't working but got a replacement
Disliked: There is a noticeable lack of maintenance. The pool has been closed for a long time, although the add says it's open. No security box or coffee maker in the room. Stained bathroom. Bathtub didn't drain properly. Broken equipment and no cleaning supplies in the gym. Poor Wi-Fi. Phone and temperature control didn't work.

Liked: The bed was comfortable...
Disliked: I don't think it was cleaned thoroughly before us.The soap box was opened and the soap was gone, all the shampoo bottles were used, and the toilet paper roll was almost gone. The little couch had a white stain I wasn't about to go near. The room was stuffy and the air/fan didn't work just made noise. Directions to our room was just " that way" a fellow guest actually stepped up and helped us out. On the whole it was okay, could definitely be better with just being cleaner.
