Friendly property in a great...

Liked: The location is great for a visit to nearby University of New England. We have stayed here before and the staff is always welcoming. They serve Green Mountain Coffee in the morning which I love and the property is pet friendly.
Disliked: It’s a bit dated but they are upgrading more each time we visit

Disliked: Too close to the highway. I could hear the cars all night

Liked: Breakfast is simple. The room is big. It is a quiet neighborhood hood. One night's stay is OK!
Disliked: We reserved rooms for 3 people in each room. The sofa bed is still like a sofa When we get there. There are no bed sets at all. We had to ask the maid to get the sets and make the beds by ourselves. Sofa beds are very uncomfortable.
