Liked: The room smelled of smoke and I don't smoke. Everything else was ok. Breakfast can change a bit to boiled eggs and sausages, just a change
Disliked: Smoke scent in the room. Same breakfast everytime I am there

At 4am I got up...

Liked: The breakfast was ok because you could choose from a variety of things and fruit is involved. The only problem i had, they changed the breakfast time and I came in at 9:30 while they were removing breakfast and was told it's closed, so I didn't get anything but coffee and toast
Disliked: They should be able to allow me to get something because they were just removing the leftovers, I had no idea the time had changed because I was there a week ago and breakfast was there later than 9:30

bad experience

Liked: room not in good condition, bathroom beaten up rusted. breakfast hot and variety of things, housekeeping staff was good
Disliked: they did not have anyone to help with luggage. i am disabled and it was cold in the dark of the night we got off the cab and the luggage was out in the driveway and no one to help with the luggage to be taken at the reception or the room. we had to walk with it all the way down in the passage with 4 big luggage and 2 carryon and hand bags. it did not even feel safe to be doing that
