Liked: I like the location and the rooms were pretty good size
Disliked: First of all when I asked them if they were going to do the service room service they said they will if there’s no sign on the door I told the front desk that we didn’t have any sign and it was past 3 PM and they have not done any service so then she told me that the service needs to be request. So she gave me two different versions I didn’t like the hygieneWhen I request towels, they didn’t bring it to my room. They left it on the hallway on the floor along with the soap and shampoos. They didn’t have enough muffins in the lobby and they close by 10 AM.

Liked: Nicely decorated . Parking was free for guests.
Disliked: The homeless people on property that would approach you in the parking lot. I did not feel safe outside the building. The beds were like sleeping on a cement floor. Pillows were old and definitely not comfortable. Room temperature fluctuated all night so kept waking up to change the settings. Linen is old and not warm at all. Shower was cool despite turning off the cold water completely for a Luke warm shower. The shower head was crusted white with mineral deposit. Check in was a mess due to the lady checking in people was alone on a holiday. She was quite pleasant but the line toCheck in was out the door. I felt bad for her. Took over 20 minutes to check in. Cafe closes at 8 pm despite the 24 hour casino in house. I would not stay. Also, property is not walking distance to the “strip”.
